Ballinclea Farm Large Seal

A 100% Irish wool large version of our popular white Seals.

We've sourced wool from Ballinclea Farm and Mill in County Wicklow.

Irish wool is typically very coarse - the sheep are farmed to survive our climate and rugged land - but Ballinclea are working with Romney and Leicester sheep which produce finer fleeces.

Irish Romney wool tops is hand felted around Galway wool filling, flippers are cut from a sheet of thick Irish Romney felt. Facial features are sewn with a black Shetland yarn.
